![]() ![]() When I said that the prior one hadn't worked and I had spent over 6 hours trying to get it to work, I asked if I could just go o be to Best Buy and buy a physical 3-month Sim card. After spending over SIX HOURS trying to activate it with Mobile, they wanted to send me ANOTHER eSim card. Simple enough, right? NOPE!!! They wanted to send me an eSim card. The service was fine and after 5 days, I decided to get a 3-month plan. My experience with Mint Mobile was a NIGHTMARE!!! Their "Customer Service" is a TRAINWRECK!!! I purchased a 7-day trial card to check it out. That doesn't solve the problem!! I have a 5G phone with the latest frequencies and at the very minimum, during peak hours, mint customers should be receiving at LEAST 7 Mbps download!!!! That is enough for running 1 SD or HD video. I did everything the agent wanted me to do, and I saw ABSOLUTELY NO INCREASE IN SPEED!!! I find it very disturbing when the agent is telling me 'No worries Mr. Which was not particularly easy since I do not carry a pin to eject the SIM and my phone has a case on it. I have already taken the useless steps of changing data settings and even removing my SIM card. ![]() ![]() I understand the concept of deprioritization, however if mint Mobile cannot contract with T-Mobile to allow sufficient bandwidth for mint mobile customers to watch standard definition videos and do basic web browsing, then there's absolutely no point in having the so called service. What I'm referring to specifically, is the extremely slow download speeds which occur at various times of the day and during peak usage hours. This is absolutely worthless if there is no data to use in the first place. I received a message that I am going to be getting extra data for my current unlimited plan. ![]()
